My idea of new york and why ...

As i have not bin lucky enough to actually go there yet, i think i have a very confused idea to what the city and the people that live and work there are Actually like!Of course i have watched millions of films and American TV shows that show people going about their lives in the city,But is it showing me an idealistic view or is it the truth ? .....
is it really as scary as home alone 2 ?

or as stressful as the devil wears prada?


is there really a Central perk coffee shop?



and finally does everyone live like the girls in sex and the city ?
